Start your handover tracker

For Right to Manage directors getting ready to take over their building. The handover tracker is free until your company takes over. It lists the 67 records your landlord or their managing agent should hand over, fills in your formal handover request (the ‘Handover Request Letter’, the ‘Section 93 Notice’ and the ‘Schedule of Information Requested’), and shows at a glance what is still missing.

We only ask for what the tracker needs today. Everything else waits for a short online session with us around your takeover date. Your 45-day free trial starts after that session, not before.

We’ll send your sign-in link here.

Start typing and choose it from the list. We fill in the details from Companies House.

The building your company is taking over.

This is the acquisition date: the day your RTM company acquires the right to manage. It is the date written in your claim notice (the notice your company sent to start the Right to Manage). If your landlord sent a counter-notice disputing the claim, it is usually three months after the dispute is settled. Your best estimate is fine. You can change it later if it moves. If the takeover has already happened, give the date it happened.

Invite the other directors (optional)

We’ll email each of them an invitation once you have signed in.
